Privacy Policy

Summary

Dokladník has no user accounts, shows no ads, and doesn't track you across apps or websites. Your receipts, their photos and your business details stay on your iPhone (or in your iCloud). The only exception is anonymous measurement of our ads, see below.

What the app processes, and where

• Receipts and documents (photos, recognized text, amounts, suppliers) are stored in the app's storage on your iPhone. If you're signed in to iCloud on your iPhone, they also sync between your devices through your private iCloud storage (Apple CloudKit). The app's author has no access to this data. Text is read from photos on the device (Apple Vision) and isn't sent anywhere. If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, the data is part of that backup.
• Your business details (name, company ID, VAT ID, address, your accountant's e-mail) are entered by you and are used only to fill in the export header.
• The camera and photos are used only while you're scanning or choosing a receipt.

When something is sent

• ARES (Czech Ministry of Finance): the supplier's company ID or name from the receipt, to fill in the exact company name and VAT ID. You can turn this off in Settings.
• Register of Legal Entities of the Slovak Republic (Statistical Office of the Slovak Republic): the Slovak supplier's company ID, for the same purpose and with the same switch.
• Czech National Bank: only the date of a document in a foreign currency, to load the exchange rate.
• Export: PDFs and files for accounting software go only where you send them yourself (e-mail, sharing, Files).

No data about you is sent to these services, only the document details listed above.

Ad measurement (Meta)

We promote Dokladník with ads on Instagram and Facebook. To know how many installs an ad brought, the app includes the Facebook SDK from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. When the app is installed and opened, it sends Meta an anonymous record of that event together with technical information about the device (model, system version, language). The device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used, the app doesn't ask for permission to track, and the data is not linked to your name or to the contents of your documents. Results are evaluated only in aggregate, through Apple SKAdNetwork and Meta's Aggregated Event Measurement. For details, see Meta's Privacy Policy.

Subscription

Buying and managing the subscription is handled by Apple. From Apple, the app only learns whether the subscription is active and until when. It never sees your name, e-mail or payment details. You can cancel the subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Deleting your data

You can delete all documents in the app (Nastavení → Data → Smazat všechny doklady, i.e. Settings → Data → Delete all documents) or by uninstalling the app.
