How it works
- Pick a sound: Womb, Shush, White Noise, Brown Noise, Heartbeat, or Vacuum.
- Use the wheel to set how long it should play.
- Tap Start. At the end, the sound slowly fades out on its own.
FAQ
- Does the sound keep playing when the screen is locked?
- Yes. You can also pause it from the Lock Screen.
- Does it play in silent mode?
- Yes, the silent switch won't mute it. Set the volume with the buttons on the side of the phone.
- How does the sound stop at the end?
- During the last 30 seconds (for short durations, the last quarter) it gradually fades out, so your baby isn't woken by sudden silence.
- What happens if someone calls me?
- The sound pauses. After the call it usually resumes on its own. If it doesn't, tap Resume.
- How do I save a favorite combination?
- Set the sound and duration, then tap Add to Favorites at the bottom. Start it later with the ▶ button. Swipe left to delete it.
- Can I start a sound without opening the app?
- Yes. Add the Lullkin widget to your Home Screen and start a sound with one tap.
- How do I change the color?
- Tap the palette in the top right and choose blue or pink.
- Does the app need internet or an account?
- No. It works offline, with no sign-up and no ads inside. It collects no data.
Safe sleep tip
Keep the phone at least 2 m (6 ft) from the crib and the volume low.
